The project "Challenges in Hospitality and Tourism Education" was implemented under the programu Lifelong Learning Programme, co-financed by the European Union. The program participants are: Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, - the coordinator and the partners from Poland, Greece and Iceland (The Tree Travel Sp. Sp.k., KAPA SA, Icelandic Tourism Research Centre).



The aim of the project was to gain knowledge of the current needs of the European labor market, in order to raise the professional competence of graduates in Europe. The most important issue in the implementation of the project was to develop relevant contents and forms of teaching, adapted to the needs of the constantly changing labor market, both in Europe and in the world.



Together we have developed a new teaching standards, the contents of lectures, exercises and the principles of practical training in the workplace - Everything to ensure the graduates a better position in the labor market in the future. Completion certificate is a confirmation of gained theoretical and practical knowledge, that meets the challenges and help finding a new job.
